Racist Attacks and Harassment
Central Scotland Police form part of a local partnership which is opposed to racism. The partnership is committed to taking all steps within its powers to eliminate discrimination and racists attacks and harassment and to promote good relationships between and towards minority ethnic communities.
What to do if you are a victim of a Racist Incident
We appreciate that you as a victim may have suffered racist abuse before and we encourage you to report ALL racist incidents as soon as you can. You can do this by contacting your local police office or approaching any police officer on patrol.
If you would prefer not to report the racist incident to us directly, then you can also report to any of our local partners:

What we will do
Central Scotland Police will:
- Treat you seriously;
- be positive and non-judgemental;
- enquire into your complaint;
- understand that you may prefer to use a language other than English;
- make you fully aware of our procedures for recording and monitoring racist incidents.
